I am very disappointed with My Shopping Box. Today is the 15th business day from the date of authorization of my package. Status still in transit. I sent a very polite email ([email protected]) but no response. Tried the First Imperial Cargo email ([email protected]) but rejected due to spam classification. I’ve tried ALL their contact numbers. 8 541 4607 – not in service. The other First Imperial numbers – just ringing. Their (lack of) service is anxiety inducing 🙁
