Dear Imports Teem
Today morning 1.2.2021 we were in the process of stripping the subject container at our Shimanzi Warehouse when we noticed that the cargo of jute bags has molds associated with water especially on the top side and bottom where bales come into contact with the floor. We stopped stripping so that we inform you to contact your insurer and send a surveyor to see.
Preliminary photos are attached.
Please inform your cargo insurers/surveyors and invite them to come and see the damages
