CFS & Warehouse

Our network of strategically located, Vanguard-staffed CFS permits safe and efficient cargo handling of Less Than Container Load freight across the globe. Our state-of-the-art facilities leverage advanced technology to ensure efficient cargo handling. Bar-code labeling streamlines export loading and import unloading, while SOLAS-VGM compliance is standard. Additionally, a full range of specialized equipment is always on hand to meet your specific needs, from packing and crating to cross-docking and heavy lifting. Furthermore, thanks to our global network, we deliver Visibility Plus, a best-in-class EDI tracking and tracing system, across all facilities.

Customs Services

Vanguard has deep expertise in managing customs documentation and services across our network. Whether it is AMS and AES for the USA, T-1 for Europe or AFR in Japan. We understand that your customs brokerage needs may vary. That’s why we offer a flexible approach. We work closely with our preferred customs brokers, all of whom possess considerable expertise and have built long-standing relationships and processes with Vanguard.Alternatively, we’re happy to partner with your preferred broker if you already have one. No matter your specific needs, if brokerage services are a requirement, simply speak to a representative. In cases where we don’t offer brokerage services in your specific country, we’ll ensure you connect with the best available options in the market.
